Please note that Cvent’s system may begin queuing attendees as early as 11:45AM depending on site traffic. We recommend arriving a few minutes early.

New Events! Updated Schedule!
The AdeptiCon 2026 Preview Schedule was published close to a month ago, but there have been several small changes, additions and deletions since then. Make sure to take one final look at the event offerings on the registration website.

Important Dates
- January 11th, 2026: Event Registration Cart Goes Live at 12:00 PM Central Time, queuing may occur as early as 11:45 AM based on site traffic.
- February 8th, 2026: Badge Shipping Deadline Midnight Central Time (badges can be picked up onsite after this date)
- February 27th, 2026: Event Registration Deadline Midnight Central Time
- March 5th, 2026: Final Day for Refunds
