First, AdeptiCon would like to wish you and your loved ones a very happy and safe New Year. It has been quite a year, and, like many of you, we would like to leave 2020 behind faster than a dropship making for orbit before an atmosphere processor goes thermonuclear. And while we are forced once more to defer AdeptiCon in 2021, we do see brighter days ahead.
It is with this eye to the future that we are very happy to confirm the convention dates for 2022. AdeptiCon will be held from March 23rd through the 27th in Schaumburg, Illinois. Hopefully this gives you plenty of time to make plans for your glorious return. There is little doubt that AdeptiCon 2022 will be our greatest celebration of the hobby yet.
In news more temporally current, however, we are very excited to announce the opening of the AdeptiCon Online Store. This will be the place to find all your AdeptiCon merchandise needs. Hoodies, t-shirts, dice, bottle openers, and challenge coins will be available right away, with more items following over the next few months. This will be your chance to get the soon-to-be collectible ‘AdeptiCon 18’ merch, from the AdeptiCon that never was. These items are great for anyone who already has a ‘Dewey Defeats Truman’ hoodie and a set of ‘Unsinkable Titanic’ pint glasses! Years from now you can proudly sport your AdeptiCon 18 t-shirt and fondly recall your lack of memories.
