With summer in full swing, we hope everyone is spending some time with friends and family around the grill or by the pool. Or maybe even at the beach in Amity, New England. Amity, as you know, means friendship. But whatever summer activity you’re enjoying, know this – planning has already begun for AdeptiCon 2026.
With a successful Year One in Milwaukee under our proverbial belts, we’re looking at what worked well and what can be improved upon in Year Two. Rest assured that the AdeptiCon team is already reviewing logistics, planning space utilization, talking to exhibitors, and even scheduling terrain efforts. We are planning to build on last year’s foundation to make 2026 an even greater success.
To help make your AdeptiCon planning as easy as possible, we’re announcing a series of important dates, now that these are all confirmed:
- July 24th, 2025 – AdeptiCon Hotel Blocks Go Live at 1:00 PM Central
- December 15th, 2025 – Event Cart Preview Launches
- January 11th, 2026 – Event Registration Cart Go Live at Noon Central Time
- February 8th, 2026 – Badge Shipping Deadline Midnight Central Time (badges can be picked up on site after this date)
- February 27th, 2026 – Event Registration Deadline Midnight Central Time
- March 5th, 2026 – Final Day for Refunds
