I decided that my Kratos should be Ultramarine to go with the rest of my heresy armor instead of Imperial Fist, so I started repainting that. I have a dream of writing my own mass space fleet combat game. To that end, I've been painting ships from the anime Legend of the Galactic Heroes, which I heartily recommend if you want epic space battles set to classical music and deep political discussions in your anime. I've also been working on the new Captain Lysander model, which is amazing. I finally got around to painting my old metal one after 20 years, will I beat that time on painting the new one? Amity, as you know, means friendship. But whatever summer activity you’re enjoying, know this - planning has already begun for AdeptiCon 2026.
With a successful Year One in Milwaukee under our proverbial belts, we’re looking at what worked well and what can be improved upon in Year Two. Rest assured that the AdeptiCon team is already reviewing logistics, planning space utilization, talking to exhibitors, and even scheduling terrain efforts. We are planning to build on last year’s foundation to make 2026 an even greater success.

AMG has announced some important updates to their 2025/2026 Grand Tournament season, a series of competitive events that can earn the winner an automatic seat, with no need to participate in initial qualifying Heat rounds, for the Open Worlds Tournaments at AdeptiCon 2026. We here at AdeptiCon are thrilled to once again partner with AMG to host Open Worlds events for Marvel Crisis Protocol, Star Wars: Shatterpoint, and Star Wars: Legion tournaments.
AdeptiCon is proud to be a part of this exciting year of gaming and we encourage players of these three games to participate in this season’s organized play events.
