Please select a preferred and alternate day and time for this event. Be aware that Friday and Saturday will be extremely full, and we may not be able to accommodate all events on those days. Thursday and Sunday events will be much easier to schedule. Typically Morning Sessions will begin around 8AM, Afternoon Sessions around 1PM, and Early Evening Sessions around 6PM. If you are running this event multiple times, please submit an additional form for each session.Wednesday evening events should start no earlier than 5:00PM.IMPORTANT: Please include time for all setup, event check-in and award ceremonies in the Event Duration below.
