IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT REGISTRATION!!!
- Please make sure you purchase an AdeptiCon events badge. The AdeptiCon badge is REQUIRED in order to register for tournaments at AdeptiCon and your registration will not be processed unless you include this in your webcart.
- Each order MUST be processed as an individual cart. Individuals MUST login to the cart and checkout for their *OWN* unique weekend events. You can only add one (1) of each event per purchase (this does not include items in the AdeptiCon Store).
- Detailed event descriptions and rules can be found on the AdeptiCon Website.
- The online registration system will not warn you of overlapping time slots, so plan your events that you will attend carefully.
- You can add additional events at a later date. If purchasing event tickets for another attendee, please note their name and the event in the Comments field of the shopping cart.
- All AdeptiCon attendees will be able to pick up their badge and event tickets at the AdeptiCon registration table starting Friday March 26th at 8:00 am or Saturday March 27th at 7:00 am.
- There will be no refunds. AWC, NFP cannot be responsible for event problems caused by an Act of God(s), including, but not limited to, war, strike, act of terrorism, or natural disaster.
- Online Registration will close as of Friday, March 20th, 2010 17:00 CST. You may still register onsite either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
